Visitor Subscriptions
Get notified when specific visitors return to your store. Visitor subscriptions help you track important visitors and follow up at the right time.

Best Practices
Who to Subscribe To
Good candidates:
- Visitors with high cart values who didn't purchase
- Returning visitors showing strong purchase intent
- VIP customers you want to monitor
- Visitors you've communicated with
Avoid subscribing to:
- All visitors (use analytics instead)
- Visitors you've already blocked
- Bot or suspicious traffic
Managing Notification Volume
To avoid notification overload:
- Be selective about subscriptions
- Regularly review and clean up subscriptions
- Unsubscribe from converted customers
- Focus on high-priority visitors
Acting on Notifications
When you receive a notification:
- View their profile - See their current session and history
- Watch their recording - Understand their behavior
- Consider outreach - If appropriate, engage with personalized service
- Update your strategy - Learn from patterns
Limits
There's no hard limit on subscriptions, but we recommend:
- Keep subscriptions under 100 for manageable notifications
- Review subscriptions monthly
- Remove inactive visitors
