Browse, search, and analyze all visitors captured by ReplayPRO. The Visitors page is your central hub for understanding individual visitor behavior.

Overview

The Visitors page shows all recorded visitors with key information:

  • Location - Country and city
  • Activity - Sessions, pages, and duration
  • Spending - Total revenue from this visitor
  • Cart - Current cart contents
  • Sources - Traffic sources
  • Device - Device type and operating system

Tabs

Quick-filter visitors by behavior:

Tab Description
All Every recorded visitor
Order placed Visitors who made a purchase
Added to cart Visitors with cart activity
Text entry Visitors who typed in forms
Returned visitors Visitors with multiple sessions
New visitors First-time visitors
Has source Visitors with known traffic source
Broken link Visitors who hit 404 pages
Bookmarked Your bookmarked visitors
Access blocked Blocked visitors

Smart Filters

Pre-built filter combinations for common analyses:

  • High-value - Revenue ≥ $100
  • Abandoned cart - Added to cart but 0 orders
  • Browsed only - Pages ≥ 3, $0 spent
  • Repeat buyers - Orders ≥ 2

Advanced Filters

Create custom filters:

  • Location - Country and city
  • Sessions - Session count range
  • Pageviews - Page view count range
  • Duration - Time spent range
  • Total Spent - Revenue range
  • Orders Count - Order count range
  • Source - Traffic source or UTM source
  • UTM Campaign - Campaign parameter
  • UTM Medium - Medium parameter
  • Device Type - Desktop, Mobile, Tablet
  • Browser - Chrome, Safari, etc.
  • OS - Operating system
  • Visited Page - Specific page URL
  • Query Params - URL parameters
  • IP Address - Specific IP
  • Visitor ID - Specific visitor
  • Date Range - Time period

Combining Filters

Add multiple filters to narrow results. Filters work together with AND logic.

Visitor Table

Columns

The table displays:

Column Description
Location Country flag, city, and country
Last Seen How recently they visited
Activity Sessions, pages, and duration
Revenue Total amount spent
Cart Items in cart with total value
Orders Number of purchases
Sources Traffic sources
Device Device type and OS
Entry Page First page they visited

Hovering for Details

Hover over certain columns for more information:

  • Cart - See cart item details
  • Orders - See order details
  • Sources - See all traffic sources
  • UTM - See UTM parameters
  • Query Params - See URL parameters

Sorting

Click column headers to sort by that column. Click again to reverse order.

Visitor Profiles

Click any visitor to open their detailed profile showing:

Profile Header

  • Visitor ID - Unique identifier
  • Status badges - New, Returning, Purchased, Has Cart, Blocked
  • Quick stats - Sessions, pages, duration, revenue

Profile Actions

  • Watch Recording - View latest session recording
  • Subscribe - Get notified when they return
  • Exclude - Stop tracking this visitor
  • Block - Add to access control blacklist

Session History

All sessions for this visitor:

  • Date and time
  • Duration
  • Pages viewed
  • Traffic source
  • Device info
  • Outcome (Browsing, Cart Abandoned, Purchased)

Expand each session to see:

  • Page-by-page journey
  • Events (add to cart, purchase, etc.)
  • Referrer and query parameters
  • IP information

Current Cart

If the visitor has items in cart:

  • Product images
  • Product names
  • Quantities
  • Prices
  • Cart total

Orders

All orders placed by this visitor:

  • Order ID
  • Total amount
  • Date
  • Status (fulfilled, unfulfilled, etc.)

Traffic Sources

Where this visitor came from:

  • Source name
  • Visit count
  • Medium

UTM Parameters

Campaign tracking data:

  • utm_source
  • utm_medium
  • utm_campaign
  • utm_content
  • utm_term

Devices Used

All devices this visitor has used:

  • Platform
  • Browser and version
  • OS and version

IP Addresses

IP addresses used by this visitor:

  • IP address
  • Location (country, city)

Common Workflows

Finding Abandoned Carts

  1. Click Added to cart tab
  2. Or use Smart Filter Abandoned cart
  3. Review visitors with carts but no orders
  4. Watch their sessions to understand why

Identifying VIP Customers

  1. Use filter Total Spent ≥ $500
  2. Or use Smart Filter Repeat buyers
  3. Review their behavior patterns
  4. Consider subscribing to track returns

Investigating Issues

  1. Use filter Visited Page = problematic URL
  2. Or click Broken link tab for 404s
  3. Watch recordings to see what happened

Geographic Analysis

  1. Filter by Country or City
  2. Review behavior patterns by region
  3. Use insights for targeting decisions

Export & Integration
