Getting Started with ReplayPRO

Welcome to ReplayPRO! This guide will help you understand how to use the app and make the most of its features.

What is ReplayPRO?

ReplayPRO is a session recording and visitor analytics app for Shopify stores. It allows you to:

  • Record visitor sessions - Watch video replays of how visitors browse your store
  • Track visitor behavior - See what pages visitors view, how long they stay, and their journey
  • Analyze conversions - Understand why visitors convert or abandon their carts
  • Access control - Block unwanted visitors by IP, country, city, or visitor ID
  • Collect feedback - Gather insights through surveys (coming soon)

Dashboard Overview

When you open ReplayPRO, you'll see the Dashboard with key metrics:

  • Active Now - Number of visitors currently on your store
  • Today Visitors - Total visitors recorded today with comparison to previous period
  • Conversion Rate - Percentage of visitors who completed a purchase
  • Survey Responses - Number of survey responses collected

Setup Guide

If you're new to ReplayPRO, the Setup Guide will help you complete the initial configuration:

  1. Enable Theme App Extension - Add the ReplayPRO recorder to your theme
  2. Test Your First Recording - Visit your store to verify recordings work
